Moss Hotel & Apartments

The rooms at Moss Hotel & Apartments are seriously cozy and chic! I loved the modern decor and the comfy beds. The private bathroom was a definite plus, and the cable TV channels kept us entertained during downtime. the rooms were just perfect for our group of friends!

I personally wasn't a big fan of the 24-hour front desk. It felt a bit intrusive, but hey, that's just my personal opinion.

We loved staying at moss. It is so close to the airport. Decent place for your vacations in Moss. Location, easy walk to all attractions

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was mind-blowingly modern, the central location was jaw-dropping, the early breakfast to go was a pleasant surprise, and the free car parking behind the hotel was a huge plus!

In our room they have installed new beds but they are not comfortable (quality not very bad but below average), bath room is old and very simple and no drinking water in the room. We had spent only one night in the hotel. The hotel is good for one night but not comfortable for longer stay, imho.

We had a lovely stay at Moss Hotel & Apartments. The room was excellent, with a great view over the fountain and park. The breakfast selection was great and the food quality was excellent. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the recently refurbished bathroom with underfloor heating was a nice touch. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel's city center location was convenient, with all facilities close by.

Friendliness of staff was wonderful! Great breakfast with nice variety of food--thank-you! Heated floors in bathroom felt great. Loved the shower--good water pressure, adjustable height of showerhead. Bed was very comfortable. Like the large windows which opened nicely to let in breeze. Liked the sturdy door--it felt safe and secure. The couch was comfortable and having cable TV to help relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeingwas nice. Good location to walk to any point of services or transportation in Moss.

No room in bathroom for more than one person at a time. No room at sink to plug in curling iron or hair dryer. Needed a dresser to put clothes in--had to live out of suitcase on the floor for 10 days. No washclothes! No complimentary kleenex. No iron and ironing board. Terrible smell from paper factory when opened the windows.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was OK.

Our room had a funny mixture of chic furniture and a bathroom in urgent need of renovations.

Great location near the ferry and Oslo, outstanding staff, upgraded room, loaned fan, excellent breakfast, good coffee machine.

It was good to find somewhere with a family room (cheaper than two rooms) in Norway. But very costly, shower was a cubical added to the shower room later with a curtain. Breakfast was a buffet of basic ingredients, eggs not freshly cooked. Useful destination for Rygge airport.

Cost was high, quality was not high. Had difficulty finding somewhere for a family to eat in Moss.

Stuff was very helpfull and the breakfast was very good,though i missed fish from brekfast table ain't Norway a"fish country"..
